2. Data We Collect

When you use seotwins.com we may collect:

• Contact form submissions: first name, last name, email address, phone number, domain name, message content.
• Checkout and purchase data: name, email, phone number, billing country, and service selections. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd and is never transmitted to or stored by SEO Twins.
• Analytics data: page views, session duration, device type, browser, and approximate location collected via privacy-respecting analytics tools. No individual-level tracking.

• Hosting and infrastructure providers: under data processing agreements, for website operation only.
• Accountants and tax advisors: under legal obligation for Italian tax compliance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

• Contact enquiries not resulting in a contract: 24 months from last contact.
• Active client data: duration of contract plus 10 years (Italian tax law requirement).
• Payment transaction records: 10 years (Italian Civil Code and tax law).
• Analytics data: 26 months from collection.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. 8. International Transfers

Payment data processed by Stripe may be transferred to the United States. Stripe participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and maintains Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. All other personal data is processed within the European Economic Area.

We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk of our processing activities, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; in the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the Garante within the periods required by law.
